Social Work Therapy Report: $130

Delivery Method: By email or printed for pick up.

Cancellation Policy/No shows

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please make sure you provide notice at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide advance notice for the first session will result in the forfeiture of the $50 deposit collected during booking.

Insurance

I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (Registration number 825718).

Counselling sessions are fully or partially covered by some health insurance plans. Please contact your provider before the first counselling session to see if Social Workers are covered in your insurance plan.

Mediview Counselling does not offer direct billing but I will be happy to provide you with an official receipts for reimbursements.

Payment

Mediview Counselling accepts cash, E-transfer and all major credit cards.
