Individual Counselling

Working with individuals to address an array of issues, such as anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and self esteem.

Whether you or a loved one are having difficulties in life, I am here to help. I work with individuals to address specific mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship/life issues, abuse or any other concern. Through different approaches and specialized counselling or therapy sessions, I work with you to understand your goals and cater every session to personalize your experience.

Child and Youth Counselling

Understanding complex emotions, school issues, bullying and self esteem may be difficult. Addressing it with a counsellor can help.

Children and youth are met with an array of issues while growing up. I work with children and youth to understand their concerns and get them to their happy place.

As relationships are an imperative part of our life, they can be difficult. Marriage and couple counselling is geared towards working on a better and healthier relationship for you and your partner. I work with couples to discuss their anxieties and matters that may seem trivial and to work on specific problems to enhance the relationship. The goal is to enhance communication, build trust and work on putting in effort to ensure that your and your partner are able to have a successful and healthy relationship.

Family counselling

Taking the first step to a healthy relationship with all members of your family may be a challenging one, let me help walk you through it. I work with families to build strong, healthy relationships through communication and addressing/working through problems.

I work with families seeking counselling for:

  • Substance use

  • Addressing healthy boundaries

  • Communication issues between family members

  • Extreme emotional reactions (ie: anger, sadness)

  • Isolation of one or more family members

  • Traumatic experiences that are difficult to cope with
